If You’re Using Willpower You’re Doing it Wrong

When starting a system or goal are you telling yourself:
“I have to be tough tomorrow, I can’t give in”
If you are, you’re doing it wrong
You’re setting yourself up for failure.

This may work for a bit but eventually you will cave in.
Better to set up systems that require no will power.
For example:
1. If you want to floss start slow and do only one tooth
2. If in a diet, eat as much as you want of healthy foods so you’re too full to crave unhealthy food.

Be creative and see how much you improve.
