Schedule Time for Pain

Growth isn’t comfortable.
A period of growth comes after a dose of pain.
It is a prerequisite. 
Realize it’s fertilizer for your spirit.
Seek it out and introduce it to your life in regular doses.

Push beyond your level of comfort daily.
Run 5 minutes more than you feel like.
Do 10 more pushups after your mind is telling you to quit.
Stay on a problem for 20 minutes after you’ve hit a “wall”.

Pain is where growth starts.
So to grow, go past what you feel like doing
into the realm of what you’re actually capable of.
