To do anything, you need energy, strength and focus.
These are only renewed with consistent sleep.
Try sleeping less, or at varied times and watch all your other habits melt away.
Your endurance, vitality, and even your morality will be harder to maintain.
That’s the importance of sleep.

Then sleep is what let’s you control who you become.
Sleep becomes the foundation of the foundation(habits) of you.
