When In a Frenzy, Reduce Your Movement

There are times when your nerves are up. 
Everything seems like a threat or something to accomplish. 
We just want to do. 

At these moments, we should step back and do nothing. 
Focus on your breath. 
Sit still.

You’ll gain more preventing mistakes than doing something of genius. 
Actions should be calm and purposeful. 
Anything other than that is wasted motion.
