In terms of time they seem small.
What they do effect is the reputation you have with yourself.
All these little things either cultivate within you a culture of discipline or letting things slide.
As soon as you stay 1 minute longer in bed, it’s easier to stay in 2 minutes.
This leads to a slow decline.
