How much time do you spend on your phone?
Add 45 minutes to 1 hour to that time and you will be closer to reality.
Realize that humans are terrible at tracking their own time.
If it’s something negative: email, texts, watching Netflix
We severely undersestimate how much time we spend doing it.
If it’s something positive: reading, work, exercise.
We severely overestimate the time.
